I’m Aryion & I love food. When I moved to New York City, I started hosting dinner parties, baking, and finding any excuse to feed people. Food brings people together, and Cin Cin grew out of wanting to do more of that.

I’m always thinking about what to cook next. Sometimes it’s a flavor combination I want to try, sometimes it’s something I ate and can’t stop thinking about. I love having people over, putting something new on the table, and seeing what they think. That’s what I want Cin Cin to feel like: you’re getting food from someone who’s excited to make it for you.

Made raspberry jam macarons for a supper club. Loved trying to get the shells just right!
Made a cake that looks like a burger, which was something I wasn't 100% I could achieve. I need another challenge- order an interesting cake from me!
